Green Trip odradek 2005-02-08 13:12:54 2005-02-08 13:12:54 5 This work not only has a great use of samples (largely from Irdial Disc's 'The Conet Project'), but also contains an excellent assortment of electronic musical styles, largely ambient, but also with beats, melodies and rhythms that make this extremely listenable. Parts of it reminded me of the artist 'The Real Tuesday Weld', but I found 'Moon Calf' to be more interesting and a more rewarding listen. It could be taken as ambient or as atmospheric electronica, but it is more enjoyable than either of those terms imply. Thanks to Tree Helicopter for providing this album!
